This year HUBER could win the second prize in the category of companies with more than 100 employees. CEO Georg Huber personally received the award from Rudolf Fellner during the award ceremony on 6th October at Zell Castle in Upper Austria. Rudolf Fellner about the difficult decision this year: „The quality of applications is increasing from year to year, so we are forced with very narrow decisions.” Two third of the 40 competitors in the final round were companies located in Eastern Bavaria. All companies with headquarters or production in Eastern Bavaria, Southern Bohemia or Upper Austria are entitled to participate. They are rated by means of a comprehensive questionnaire with a points-based system that valuates their growth, financial success, sustainability, financial stability and staff potential.
