Dear Reader
The machines, plants and solutions HUBER SE offers
undoubtedly have their origin in small and medium-sized sewage treatment
plants in Germany and Central Europe. Here is where we tested our first
machines in the nineteen-eighties and could celebrate our first
successes.
Even if this segment is still very important for us also large sewage
treatment plants worldwide have meanwhile become much valued customers
and an important part of our business.
One of them is WWTP Atotonilco where the
wastewater of Mexico City is clarified. The plant treats up to 50 m³
wastewater per second and is supposed to be the largest sewage treatment
plant in the world. Read in this issue of our Newsletter how the nearly
50 HUBER plants installed on this site contribute their share.
